Women’s Career Society’s annual mentorship program is core to who we are and what we do. It brings our mission to life by connecting people, inspiring them, and empowering them through guidance and support. Through the program, we aim to create a space that fosters personal growth, supports career development, and encourages individuals to reach their full potential.

This year, we are thrilled to be supported on this journey by our partner SEB. Over the course of 5 months, mentors and mentees from various industries will come together. Each mentee will have the opportunity to gain invaluable insights through a 1-on-1 mentorship experience and share their learnings with the wider WCS community. We believe that when we support each other, remarkable things happen - and this program is a place where those moments begin!
