Evli: HR Specialist (Fixed-term)

Evli is looking for an HR Specialist to join its HR team in Helsinki for a parental leave substitution starting in August 2026 (approx. 1 year).
In this role, the HR Specialist will work on a wide range of HR tasks, including managing recruitment processes, supporting managers, coordinating the Trainee program, contributing to employer branding and HR communications, and assisting with HR reporting. The role is part of a small, collaborative HR team working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Evli is seeking a proactive and service-minded HR professional with some prior HR experience, a relevant educational background, and strong communication skills in Finnish and English.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop HR expertise in a dynamic financial services environment while taking on meaningful responsibility within a professional team.
