Venla Pohjanheimo

Venla is a first-year master’s student at Aalto, majoring in People Management and Organisational Development. As a Board Member, her responsibilities are centred around organizing events for the WCS community, in collaboration with the Operations team and our inspiring partners.

Growing up abroad has shaped her into an open-minded, curious person with a deep interest in learning languages and exploring new cultures. Strength training, crafting, and spending time in nature help her stay vibrant and grounded in her people-focused profession.
