Joanna Hämäläinen

As the Vice President of WCS, Joanna helps keep things moving with the board. From corporate relations and strategic planning together with Hanna to taking care of the well-being of the board. She is always down for a good chat, even if her introverted side disagrees.

Joanna is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at Aalto, focusing on Accounting and Finance. With a solid background in the financial sector, she is ambitious and always looking for new ways to challenge herself both personally and professionally.

Outside of her academic and professional endeavours, Joanna spends a lot of time traveling and is very keen on pursuing a life abroad. She is known to be an avid snowboarder and can often be found watching movies, mainly so she can rate them on Letterboxd.
