We must support each other

The article “Few female students in male-dominated finance major: ‘We must support each other’”, published in Hufvudstadsbladet in June 2020, presents the reality of the finance major at Hanken School of Economics, as well as at Aalto University, being highly male-dominated, and how this eventually led to the birth of the Women’s Career Society (WCS). In the article three of the active WCS members in 2020, present their views on the underrepresentation of women within finance, and their thoughts on the importance of organizations like WCS.
