We are proud to present one of our four main partners for this year: EY. We are very pleased that our successful collaboration continues in 2023.

This year, we asked EY’s team: “What is the greatest achievement of Ey when it comes to improving the standing of women in the company?"

Kinga Charpentier a Partner and Head of Corporate Finance at EY Finland, answered this question:

“ At EY, we believe in maximizing the power of different perspectives and backgrounds in our teaming as a way to create value for us, our clients and society. I am proud of the journey EY has been and continues to be on to close the gender gap, the achievements we have made so far and the lessons we have learnt on what to do better: We have created accountability of our leaders to lead by example, call-out unconscious bias and measure the progress made in recruitment, retention, promotion and satisfaction levels;  we have raised awareness of the need for sponsorship to ensure women get the experiences and visibility to advance in our organization; and we have recognized that closing the gender gap doesn’t mean focusing exclusively on women, it’s about empowering both men and women. Our journey continues, but one thing is clear: Closing the gender gap is not only the right thing to do, but the smart thing to do!”
