Myyttien Murtajat - the importance of organizations like WCS

Kauppalehti Optio interviewed the founders of WCS Catarina Cawén and Miriam von Herzten to open up the discussion about inequality at workplaces between men and women. The article “Myytin Murtajat” presents the importance of associations like WCS and dives deep into the highly male-dominated finance industry with its inequalities.

The main goal for WCS is to close the gender gap in specialist and leadership positions by empowering and inspiring female business students to pursue their dream careers. We aim to unite talented business students from all majors and years of studies.
